Responsibilities

Serve as a senior analyst in the classification and compensation department to optimize the ability of DSDHH to recruit and retain employees in a variety of occupational areas, including administrative and professional occupations
Complete classification and compensation requests, such as creating new positions, reallocations, and salary adjustments
May conduct studies for reorganizations
Consult with management on position and organizational design
Apply relevant federal/state rules and regulations during job evaluation and salary administration

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree, typically in Human Resources or related field from an appropriately accredited institution and 4 years of experience required; or High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Benefits

Temporary employees who work an annual average of 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for health insurance coverage under the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).
