Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business intelligence solutions, including dashboard development, data modeling, and analytics delivery
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis / BI Development
Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including: DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Power BI Service Administration
Strong experience with SQL and relational databases
Proven ability to work with large datasets and performance tuning techniques
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, including star and snowflake schemas
Experience with ETL pipelines and data integration workflows
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to business and executive stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with the Azure BI stack, including: Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks
Exposure to Python for data analysis or automation
Experience with CI/CD for Power BI, including deployment pipelines and Git integration
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance practices
Industry experience in Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Supply Chain, or similar domains
