Responsibilities
Distribute incoming product to operations teams
Resolve parcel issues as they arise including missing or extra parcels as well as damages
Directly responsible to fix issues in hubs immediately - exceptionally hands-on and responsive
Manage hardware assets and supplies
Prepare orders for shipping according to terms of customer’s purchase order
Coordinate with production and hub counterparts to ensure smooth hand offs and fulfillment of operational goals
Meet productivity goals and comply with quality standards
Perform duties as delegated by management including shifting positions, substituting for operators, monitoring breaks and related tasks
Provide coaching and constructive feedback to operators on a daily basis
Exemplify a strong sense of urgency for team to follow
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving or related environment required
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a problem-solving environment
Ability to learn and follow work instructions
Excellent attention to detail
Leads by example being one of the top performers in the department
Demonstrated high energy and a positive attitude
Highly-motivated self-starter who takes initiative and acts independently as appropriate
Strong team player who will thrive in a start-up environment
Demonstrated experience in coaching and motivating others
