They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their C-suite by managing complex logistics, prioritizing demanding calendars, and serving as a liaison between leadership and various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage extremely dynamic calendars, prioritizing ruthlessly and resolving conflicts before they become problems
Coordinate domestic and international travel, often with same-day changes
Prepare and organize materials for board meetings, partner presentations, and internal reviews
Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders across the company
Handle confidential information with discretion
Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively—often before they're articulated
Manage expense reporting and administrative workflows
Support planning for team events and offsites

Required

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Calm under pressure with strong judgment
Highly proficient with Google Workspace, travel booking platforms, and expense management tools
San Francisco-based and available in-office 5 days a week

Preferred

Experience in startups, finance, or consulting
