They are seeking a Collaborating Psychiatrist to supervise advanced practice clinicians and enhance patient care through effective collaboration and oversight.

Responsibilities
Supervise our advanced practice clinician
Conduct chart audits and meetings with APCs
Continuously and promptly give honest feedback on the Journey Clinical care management system to improve our services
Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer and collaborate with the leadership team
Qualification
Required
Psychiatrist licensed to practice in New Jersey
DEA registration in New Jersey
Minimum 1 year psych related experience
Comfortable prescribing controlled substances when medically appropriate
Comfortable prescribing for anxiety and depression
Ability to quickly synthesize medical and psychiatric information about the patient to formulate effective and evidence-based clinical recommendations
Patient-first mindset, deep work ethic and dedication to the highest level of patient care
Willing to use a few simple tools to make your life easier (Slack, G Suite, Zoom, etc.)
Comfortable working remotely in a Telehealth fast-paced startup environment
Interest for the field of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy to transform mental health
Preferred
experience being a collaborating physician
