Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive quality checks on incoming customer datasets
Profile data to understand patterns and distributions
Validate customer data ensuring accurate ingestion, transformation, and mapping
Test and evaluate model performance on customer-specific data
Recommend remediation solutions to improve automation performance
Monitor customer performance post–go-live to identify optimization opportunities
Analyze prediction trends, rule behavior, and workflow patterns
Support Product Management by developing analyses that inform product requirements
Identify trends and performance patterns across customers
Translate complex data into insights and actionable recommendations
Produce clear, customer-ready data quality assessment reports
Maintain structured documentation of testing procedures, outcomes, and issue resolution steps
Partner with Technical Integration, Engineering, BI, and Coding Quality teams
Contribute to best practices, templates, and SOPs
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in analytics, statistics, or data-intensive roles
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R
Experience working with healthcare data, medical coding, or revenue cycle operations
Strong analytical, data profiling, and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to communicate insights clearly
High attention to detail and strong process orientation
Comfort working under tight timelines
Preferred
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
Prior exposure to product analytics, product implementation, or machine-learning-driven workflows
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
