Responsibilities

Assemble and disassemble mechanical/aero or turbine equipment

Perform testing, troubleshooting, and visual inspections

Support repairs and equipment modifications

Use pneumatic and hydraulic tools, including ID/OD micrometers, depth micrometers, and calipers

Read and interpret detailed assembly and machining drawings

Work collaboratively in a team of 6 to meet delivery timelines

Adhere to quality, safety, and HSE procedures

Required

Experience in turbines or mechanical-based roles

Preferred

3–10+ years of relevant mechanical or turbine experience (flexible up to 15 years)

Background from Baker Hughes competitors (e.g., Schlumberger, Halliburton) is a strong plus
