Responsibilities
Oversee timely and accurate customer invoicing
Monitor AR aging, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain positive customer relationships
Improve billing workflows for accuracy and efficiency
Manage vendor invoices, approvals, and payments
Reconcile statements and maintain strong vendor partnerships
Support cash flow tracking and forecasting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Reconcile accounts and maintain general ledger accuracy
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies
Oversee company insurance policies (General Liability Professional Liability, Cyber Insurance, etc.)
Process payroll accurately and on schedule
Maintain employee records and support onboarding/offboarding
Assist with benefits administration and compliance documentation
Collaborate with leadership to support a positive team culture
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of increasingly responsible accounting experience
Strong working knowledge of GAAP
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks)
Comfort managing both financial and HR-related processes
High attention to detail paired with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, upbeat attitude
Experience working in a software or SaaS company environment
Familiarity with subscription-based revenue models
