Goodwill of the Southern Alleghenies is seeking a Team Lead to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day store operations. The role involves overseeing store performance, managing daily tasks such as opening and closing the store, handling bank deposits, and addressing customer and donor needs.

Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day store operations and store performance in meeting or exceeding budget while operating in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
Responsible for opening/closing the store, daily bank deposits, keeping register stocked with the adequate change, addressing customer/donor needs/complaints
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Experience working in the Customer Service Industry
One year of supervisor experience or 6 months as a Goodwill Team Lead Trainee
Must be able to obtain acceptable results for required background checks, including Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History Check and Department of Human Services- FBI Fingerprints
