Responsibilities

Lead and drive a formal Discovery Phase to understand the existing vendor platform end-to-end

Translate complex business processes into Salesforce Service Cloud–based solutions

Act as a business process consultant for Airline Disputes & Collections, bridging business operations and Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities

Design functional solutions covering:

Case Management

Workflow automation and orchestration

Integrations with external systems

Batch and backend processing requirements

Identify design trade-offs, risks, and Salesforce platform constraints early

Define phased rollout approach and implementation roadmap

Provide functional leadership and clarity to offshore development teams

Support build, UAT, and delivery phases through strong functional oversight

Required

12+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant

Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud

Proven experience leading Discovery and solution design phases

Strong background translating legacy/vendor systems into Salesforce

Experience working with onshore/offshore delivery models

Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
