Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in good standing with the Maryland State Bar (additional bar admissions in DC or Virginia are a plus)
Preferred
Prior experience in civil litigation practice areas, such as insurance defense or products liability, is preferred
