Type shipping details from paper or digital files into our systems (Oracle)
Create Commercial Invoices and file documents through the AES system for global orders
Manage filing, find 'Proof of Delivery' documents, and write simple memos
Use Excel to keep track of shipping tasks and schedules
Handle invoicing and other shipping tasks using our main software
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience working with international shipments
Experience using Oracle is a big plus
MS Office basic skills in Excel and Word
You should understand how international shipping works and how to file the required paperwork
Ability to spot mistakes and keep organized files
