Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models across business domains including sales, supply chain, pricing, and operations
Develop machine-learning algorithms that forecast outcomes, detect anomalies, and identify performance levers
Continuously refine models based on real-world feedback, evolving datasets, and business needs
Act as the technical translation layer between raw data and strategic decision-making
Collaborate with Data Analysts to ensure model outputs are operationalized through dashboards, forecasts, and scenario planning tools
Partner with the Enablement & Alignment Manager to embed analytics into cross-functional initiatives
Partner with IT and the Data Engineering team to maintain clean, structured, and governed data pipelines
Ensure alignment with corporate data governance, compliance, and quality standards
Translate statistical findings into clear, concise executive insights and recommendations
Build interactive visualizations and simulation tools that enable data-driven decision-making
Support PMO initiatives by quantifying project performance and ROI through predictive analysis
Research emerging AI/ML technologies and assess applicability within NWS's business model
Develop reusable analytics frameworks and templates that accelerate insight generation across departments
Qualification
Required
