Outreach & Implementation Systems Coordinator
The Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin (PSW) is the state’s leading professional association for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and student pharmacists. The Outreach & Implementation Systems Coordinator role focuses on strengthening PSW's capacity to deliver scalable and community-aligned outreach programs by building and refining systems and processes for effective education and multi-site program implementation.
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between community organizations and pharmacy teams to further develop, support, and sustain collaborative relationships
Refine systems and processes that enable scalable outreach, education, and community connections
Coordinate multi-site initiatives and contribute to program development, implementation, and evaluation for grant-funded activities
Distill and disseminate information for communication with PSW members, payers, community partners, and families served
Ensure program operations adhere to federal, state, and health-system regulatory requirements, organizational requirements, and federal and state reporting requirements
Qualification
Required
Excellent project management skills
Demonstrated experience supporting or managing outreach programs in healthcare
Proven ability to creatively design and refine systems and processes that support scalable, compliant program operations
Strong writing and communication skills for varied audiences, including federal and state grant reporting
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Community Health Worker-trained individuals encouraged to apply
