Office Assistant

They are currently looking for an Office Assistant to manage phone calls, mail, and office supplies while ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, directing inquiries as needed
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Scan and digitize documents for accurate recordkeeping
Stock office, kitchen, and supply areas to ensure daily operational needs are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and common areas
Organize and prepare conference rooms for meetings and events
Coordinate food ordering for meetings and office needs
Track and monitor office and kitchen supplies, placing orders as needed
Validate parking
Qualification
Required
High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
One (1) year of experience in office services / facilitates or similar position, required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required
The work associated with this position must be performed on-site at one or more offices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exhibits poised and polished appearance demonstrating professionalism with client interactions
Ability to adapt communication style to successfully convey messages and objectives to diverse audiences
Capacity to successfully multitask while working independently or within a group environment
Capable of working in a deadline-driven environment with attention to detail
