Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects and focus resources to achieve on-time and on-budget completion
Direct supervision of daily Tool and Die activities and personnel
Timely and accurate communication of project activities and status
Design new products, direct product improvements and product customization
Design, model and produce test prototypes for production
Evaluate tool performance and develop production standards
Produce final drawings, and determine specifications and procedures for implementation
Perform engineering, quality, and cost analysis of designs & prototypes
Tool and die design, improvement, and refurbishment
CNC experience in programming
Qualification
Required
