Responsibilities
Own the overarching paid social creative strategy and production system that drives Blunt’s growth
Lead weekly creative testing cycles with speed, structure, and a consistent pipeline of new launches
Oversee the full creative workflow from research and ideation to briefing, production, approvals, and launch
Manage and mentor a team of creative strategists, raising the bar on concept development and execution
Translate performance data into clear creative direction by identifying winning hooks, formats, and scalable themes
Set creative testing priorities and recommend new angles, iterations, and growth opportunities based on results
Build and maintain creative frameworks, swipe files, and libraries of top-performing Blunt creative
Stay tapped into paid social trends, competitor ads, and UGC patterns, bringing fresh insights into our strategy
Continuously improve creative systems, SOPs, and workflows to increase testing velocity without sacrificing quality
Partner closely with media buyers to align creative output with campaign goals and performance targets
Track creative KPIs, flag risks or resource gaps early, and ensure timelines stay sharp and launches stay consistent
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in performance creative strategy, paid social advertising, or direct-response marketing
Deep understanding of what drives results on Meta and TikTok, especially hooks, iteration cycles, and scalable formats
Proven ability to lead creative strategy and manage high-volume testing at scale
Experience managing or mentoring creative strategists, editors, designers, or creator teams
Strong analytical instincts and the ability to turn performance insights into winning creative direction
Highly organized with excellent project management and communication skills
Ability to balance creative excellence, speed, and operational rigor in a fast-moving environment
Passion for building a brand that empowers women and creates culture, not just conversions
