Responsibilities

Write clear, concise, and engaging news stories under tight deadlines supporting strategic communication efforts along all channels
Collaborate enthusiastically with different interest areas within the organization to develop and bring to life unique content that generates actions and engagement
Edit documents covering a wide range of topics and styles, including employee news, social media, news releases, white papers, event collateral, etc
Manage processes and facilitate relationships with all levels of leaders and employees in a complex organization
Plan, implement and measure the success of communications programs and events in support of company and organizational objectives
Drive content delivery through a variety of channels including all employee emails, intranet updates, digital signage, or external channels, including social media
Complete additional assignments that may develop with evolving business needs

Required

Ability to travel up to 5 % of the time
Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business
Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, or related field
United States Citizenship
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job
Ability to obtain and maintain, if required for position, a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations)

Preferred

1 year of related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Creative thinking and drive innovation across employee messages and channels
Previous Honeywell internship experience preferred
