Responsibilities
Own day-to-day engineering execution for the Setlist.fm platform, including feature development, site improvements, and bug resolution
Work with the external development team, managing priorities, clarifying requirements, and ensuring consistent delivery against roadmap goals
Translate product and business requirements into well-defined technical tasks, milestones, and delivery plans in close partnership with product leadership
Oversee and coordinate additional technical partners and contractors across related initiatives such as data infrastructure, reporting dashboards, and web development projects
Ensure disciplined execution across engineering workstreams, maintaining visibility into timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality standards
Support platform stability and performance by proactively identifying technical gaps, process improvements, and areas for increased efficiency
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience working on digital product and engineering initiatives for consumer-facing web platforms
Strong working knowledge of modern web technologies, development workflows, and technical project delivery
Experience driving execution using external engineering teams, agencies, or technical contractors
Demonstrated ability to turn product requirements into structured execution plans and manage multiple parallel workstreams
Clear and effective communicator who can bridge product, business stakeholders, and technical teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
