Key Account Manager - Ford (Hybrid Work)

The Key Account Manager for Ford will be responsible for nurturing and expanding the business relationship with Ford, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic account plans to promote growth and customer satisfaction for Ford
Serve as the primary point of contact for Ford, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Network with IAV's global team and align actions with corporate growth targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Ford, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives
Prospect for opportunities requiring design, development, engineering, simulation, integration, testing & validation for Powertrain, SDV, and Vehicle Solutions
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations
Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts, project updates, and customer feedback
Participate in contract negotiations and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining IAV's quality standards
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to maintain a strong presence and network within the automotive sector
Requires domestic and international travel

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
Minimum 5 years proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Sales Engineer, or relevant role, preferably within the automotive industry
Strong understanding of automotive engineering and technology trends, especially those relevant to Ford
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strategic thinker with an analytical mind
Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
Innovative problem-solver who can generate creative solutions and translate them into actionable plans
Willingness to travel domestic and international as required
