Administrative Aide

Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Drafts written materials, handles calls, filing and special projects
Office Coordination: Prepares fiscal memos, logistical support, calendar, helps to maintain flow of work among unit managers
Consumer Services: Tracks inquiries from the public and elected officials, keeps log of complaints and resolutions, prepares informational packets for consumers
Information Data Collection: Collects information and prepares the bi-weekly front burner report
Special Projects: Assists in the coordination and execution of special projects

Required

High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate with coursework in typing, office practices or other related clerical subjects
One (1) year of advanced diverse and/or technical clerical experience which must have involved working with the public for at least six (6) months
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
