3+ years expCyber Hornet ETFs is seeking an experienced ETF Wholesaler to drive net new assets under management by building and deepening relationships with Financial Advisors and Registered Investment Advisors. The role focuses on expanding the firm’s distribution footprint and increasing product adoption in the ETF marketplace.

Responsibilities
Drive net new AUM across Cyber Hornet ETF strategies through proactive advisor engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with:
Financial Advisors (wirehouse, independent, and hybrid)
RIAs and RIA platforms
Home offices, model marketplaces, and gatekeepers
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings , including:
Advisor meetings and follow-ups
Due diligence and platform presentations
Educational ETF and market strategy discussions
Execute disciplined territory and pipeline management , including:
Consistent outbound activity
CRM documentation and reporting
Strategic targeting of high-potential advisors
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to support campaigns, launches, and advisor feedback
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in ETF, mutual fund, or asset management distribution
Demonstrated success in raising assets and building long-term advisor relationships
Strong understanding of ETF structures and mechanics
Strong understanding of portfolio construction and model usage
Strong understanding of advisor business models (RIA, wirehouse, independent)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly organized with strong follow-through and accountability
Ability to operate independently in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred
Existing advisor relationships within an assigned territory
Experience selling ETF strategies tied to equities, thematic, or digital asset-related exposures
Familiarity with model portfolios and platform due-diligence processes
