They are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Consultant with deep, hands-on Cisco Meraki experience to drive enterprise network and infrastructure initiatives across a multi-site hybrid IT environment.

Responsibilities

Design and manage VLANs, network segmentation, and site-to-site VPNs

Execute network refresh and modernization projects

Drive hybrid infrastructure initiatives across Microsoft Azure and on-prem systems

Lead Cisco Meraki network design, deployment, and optimization across multiple locations

Support office and site technology upgrades nationwide

Provide senior-level troubleshooting and escalation support for network and infrastructure issues

Partner with internal IT teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure

Maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices

Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and managed service providers

Ensure infrastructure aligns with security, compliance, and business continuity requirements

Required

Cisco Meraki (Required)

Hands-on experience with Meraki Switching (MS) and Wireless (MR) deployments

Experience with multi-site Meraki environments

Experience with VLANs, network segmentation, and traffic policies

Experience with site-to-site VPNs and remote connectivity

Experience troubleshooting and optimizing Meraki networks in production environments

Experience administering Microsoft Azure

Hands-on expertise with Azure Virtual Machines (VMs), Azure Virtual Networks (VNet), Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Backup & Recovery, Azure Active Directory / Entra ID

Windows Server administration

Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)

Identity and access management (IAM)

Strong understanding of enterprise routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, WAN connectivity

Experience supporting multi-location enterprise networks

Proven ability to independently deliver infrastructure projects, including network refreshes, office and site upgrades, cloud migrations, and security enhancements

Experience working in small or lean IT teams

Preferred

Prior infrastructure consulting experience

Experience with monitoring and management tools

Familiarity with ITIL or structured support frameworks

Experience supporting distributed or multi-location organizations
