This role focuses on helping customers manage their claims from start to finish, building relationships over the phone, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

Responsibilities
Determine coverage and liability
Conduct recorded statements with policyholders and involved parties
Collaborate with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
Negotiate settlements with customers and other carriers
Review damage appraisals and authorize payments
Communicate claims procedures clearly and professionally
Maintain accurate and detailed claim file documentation
Ensure compliance with reporting requirements (ISO, CMS, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Auto Adjuster License / Property & Casualty License (Required)
Minimum 2 years of experience handling auto liability claims
Ability to manage claims independently or as part of a team
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Proficient with computers and claims management systems
Preferred
Experience with non-standard auto liability
