Business Development Manager
US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions. They are seeking a B2B Sales Development Manager who will be responsible for onboarding corporate clients and tailoring product solutions to meet their transportation goals.
Responsibilities
Prospect target accounts to generate interest and book meetings
Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs
Own the full account life cycle from lead to close to ongoing account management and growth
Work cross-functionally with product, finance, and engineering to support customers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in full cycle B2B sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry
High bias for action and ownership mentality
Motivated to think beyond your individual job description
Experience working in early-stage sales environments, managing inbound leads and booking meetings
High energy and positive attitude
Familiar with contracting and procurement processes
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
