They are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience across HR operations, compliance, recruiting, and employee engagement while supporting a dynamic financial organization.

Responsibilities

Support day‑to‑day HR administration, maintaining employee documentation and digital files
Assist with HR inbox monitoring and respond to employee requests, and general inquiries
Contribute to HR automation initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
Assist with filing of employment eligibility documentation for accuracy and compliance
Assist with the full‑cycle recruiting process, including posting job openings and managing applicant tracking tasks
Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
Collaborate on HR documentation projects, including updating policies, manuals, and standard operating procedures
Support data gathering and reporting tasks using Excel
Additional responsibilities, as assigned

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office, with Excel proficiency highly preferred
Interest in HR operations, compliance, and process improvement
Prior administrative or financial services experience is a plus
