Responsibilities
Lead design and development of complex backend or full-stack features
Collaborate cross-functionally to define scope, requirements, and timelines
Implement solutions that emphasize reliability, scale, security, and performance
Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and developer tooling
Mentor junior engineers, such as through design reviews and pair programming
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of software engineering experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS or healthcare tech
Strong technical depth in distributed systems and API design/development
Experience with infrastructure-as-code and observability tools (DataDog, CloudWatch)
Proficiency in AWS architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and modern frameworks
Ability to balance execution and architectural foresight
Model accountability and ownership in team projects
