Redlining, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements to facilitate company goals
Reporting on contract analyses and reviewing contract compliance with company policy
Maintaining, organizing, and working through a queue of contracts efficiently
Identifying and communicating areas of improvement
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience reviewing contracts and managing agreements with a company in the Tech industry (i.e. NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, IT agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, affiliate agreements, marketing agreements, etc.)
Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and to negotiate with vendors/suppliers while maintaining contractual compliance with corporate legal terms and conditions
Strong attention to detail
Experience using a Contract Lifecycle Management System and comfortable learning/utilizing new contract-related applications
Track record of working cross-functionally to achieve company goals while showcasing prioritization skills
