New Grad, Entry LevelMaxcess International is seeking a Hand Finishing Technician for their 1st shift. The primary responsibility of this role is to hand sharpen rotary tools to meet material specifications and ensure a clean work environment while following safety instructions.

Responsibilities
Sharpen blades for specific materials per instructions
Sharpens hand finishing tools to correct specification
Keep work station clean
Operate Hoist
Follow all safety instructions
Qualification
Required
Basic math skills
Good at tedious task
Ability to follow instruction
High school diploma or equivalent
Good hand dexterity
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs multiple times per day
Look thru microscope for extended periods of time
Ability to sit for extended periods – 2 hour periods
Ability to work in a dark room
Some overtime required
Preferred
Previous hand finishing experience
