The Mergers & Acquisition Intern will engage in hands-on projects related to deal sourcing, due diligence, and post-merger integration while gaining valuable exposure to the company’s global business and culture.

Responsibilities
Observe deal sourcing and due diligence
Participate in the preparation of diligence and integration presentations
Support the integration team in developing and implementing integration plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth post-merger integration
Monitor and report on the progress of integration activities
Assist in the preparation of internal and external communications related to M&A activities
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Preferred
Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2026 through June 2028 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply
