They are seeking a Summer Analyst to join their Client Operations Department, providing exposure to servicing Ultra High Net Worth clients through collaboration with the Client Service and Operations Teams.

Responsibilities
Partner with assigned Client Service and Operations Teams to service the Firm’s UHNW clients
Prepare new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements
Facilitate the opening and closing of accounts including SMAs and brokerage
Manage cash and security movements including deposits, withdrawals, gifting, wires, and journals
Ensure client data is updated in CRM and custodian systems
Reconcile cash and security transfers, and new investment activity
Perform analysis on missing data and remediate as necessary
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree – Finance, Business, Operations, or Engineering Preferred
High attention to detail with the ability to work within a collaborative, fast paced team environment
Strong time management and organization skills required
Motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally
Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a heavy emphasis on Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint
