Handle various transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing and submission of files to correspondent banks and our processing center
Reconcile bank account data and ensure it is properly recorded
Make decisions related to check and electronic transaction adjustments, disputes, corrections, and investigations
Provide valuable support to management with all compliance efforts
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Organizational skills
Good keyboarding skills, math aptitude with attention to details and good proofing skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Preferred
Banking experience is preferred
Enhanced knowledge and understanding of bank regulatory and compliance issues
