Responsibilities

Consistently exceeds sales goals in geographic territory Trains and coaches new and current team members on product knowledge, selling skills, and territory management
Open to mentoring new Territory Managers (TMs) Supports NSM with planning/implementation of sales promotions, sales division initiatives, special projects and maintains solution based feedback on team calls
Maintain a growth mindset, overcoming adversity and models this to the TM team
Be an overall positive influence for territory sales managers and company initiatives
Understand the focus of the customer’s practice and help them to thrive by implementing our products and programs
Utilize consultative selling techniques to grow the business and educate customers on new and existing products
Represents SFI Health at the highest professional level at conferences and/or tradeshows
Acquire new customers through effective prospecting strategies
Utilize Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to develop and execute pre-call planning and post-call notes for effective territory management
Understands the competitive landscape and offers development strategies to win against competitors
Extensive knowledge of company products (Microbiome, Cognition and Well-being) and in the nutritional and functional medicine industry
Meets with NSM periodically to discuss and develop sales opportunities, strategies, educational tools for HCP’s for the purpose of revenue growth

Ability to work independently
Able to adhere to compliance ethical standards, applicable laws, and policies & procedures

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
Nutrition Certification
5+ years of sales experience or related health field experience
