Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take orders accurately and process cash and/or electronic payments
Serve food and beverages following all safety and sanitation guidelines
Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with local laws and regulations *(18+ with valid bartender license required.)*
Assist with plaza clean-up, including trash removal, table wiping, and general area upkeep before, during, and after events
Stock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
Maintain cleanliness of concession stand, prep areas, and service counters
Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown
Address guest questions or concerns in a courteous and timely manner
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid bartender license required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Indoor and/or outdoor concession stand and plaza setting
Exposure to heat, crowds, and varying weather conditions
Preferred
Food safety certification preferred or willingness to obtain
