Responsibilities
Synthesizing business performance, market trends, and delivering on improvements through specific project-based work
Analyzing key business drivers such as CTA, LTV, and ROI across the commercial organization to recommend improvement in operations
Build and improve forecasting models through the analysis of key internal and external trends
Collaborate with line of business, corporate finance, and marketing to facilitate financial accountability
Assisting in the construction of KPIs to measure performance
Actively lead internal projects that deliver strategic insights and recommendations to WEX leadership
Provide analytical rigor and bring strategic vision to key initiatives
Nurture deep, trusted partnerships with your respective business teams
Understand how your job is key to support the wider WEX’s organization
A collaborative and challenging working environment

Qualification
Required
At a minimum, you should be a rising Junior or Senior, in a degree/certificate-seeking accredited Bachelor's program
Strong project management skills, including planning and execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting information
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
