As a Senior Superintendent, you will lead the execution of high-rise multifamily projects, ensuring on-site operations are managed effectively from groundbreaking through Certificate of Occupancy.

Responsibilities
Deliver projects from groundbreaking through Certificate of Occupancy on schedule, within approved GMP. Own all on-site execution, logistics and trade coordination
Create and actively manage the baseline schedule. Drive daily planning and look-ahead execution to keep milestones within ±5% of plan
Lead field execution of mass-timber, prefabricated lateral steel, factory-built façade systems, and interior partitions. Coordinate early and continuously with design, development, and supply-chain partners
Maintain cost control, manage risk proactively, and enforce quality and safety standards across all trades and scopes
Hire, develop, and manage superintendents, foremen, and crews. Set clear expectations, hold teams accountable, and address underperformance quickly
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading high-rise, multifamily construction projects
Strong communication skills and adaptability
Ability to respond to shifting priorities and provide clear, actionable field feedback
Experience with prefabricated building systems, including mass timber and steel frames
Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
Experience in managing field operations from groundbreaking through Certificate of Occupancy
Ability to create and manage baseline schedules
Experience in cost control and risk management
Ability to enforce quality and safety standards across all trades
Experience in hiring, developing, and managing construction teams
