Responsibilities

Conduct high-level research and data analysis to support special initiatives aimed at advancing women’s entrepreneurial leadership and informing global economic policy recommendations
Draft and curate compelling content for newsletters, social media, and internal reports to amplify the Center’s mission and academic contributions within the Babson community and beyond
Provide comprehensive executive support, managing complex workflows and project timelines to ensure the seamless execution of the Center’s strategic priorities
Assist in the planning, promotion, and on-site execution of premier events, bridging remote coordination with occasional in-person support to enhance stakeholder engagement
Serve as a key liaison between the Center and external partners, facilitating the intersection of academic rigor and gender equity initiatives through professional correspondence and relationship management

Required

Strong communication skills with the ability to write for academic, professional, and policy-oriented audiences
Experience with event management software such as CVENT (required) and digital tools like Canva and LinkedIn
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and synthesize complex information regarding gender equity and leadership
A background or strong interest in women's entrepreneurship, public policy, or economic development
Ability to engage professionally with high-level international scholars and stakeholders
