Responsibilities
Support development of seasonal womenswear
Conduct trend research on color, fabric, silhouettes, and market direction
Assist in sourcing fabrics and trims, including organization of vendor information
Manage sample fabric and trim and maintain detailed development records
Coordinate with the patternmaker for grading, markings, and fit approvals
Track samples throughout development and ensure timely delivery of sales samples
Assist with photoshoots, styling preparation and organization of samples
Support creation of marketing assets for e-commerce, social media, and market presentations
Qualification
Required
Senior or graduate-level student pursuing Fashion Design or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Interest in womenswear design, fabrics, and garment construction
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Eagerness to learn and contribute creatively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
