Qualification
Required
Cisco Voice experience (or Avaya)
Ideally someone who has converted Cisco Voice System to Avaya Voice, ideally in a hospital setting but not required
Day to day will be handling tickets that come through on Cisco, both Cisco and Avaya support, replace broken phones, support phone hands sets, do moves/changes
Will be interfacing with end users, physicians on their voice needs
