Enterprise Account Manager

They are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager who will be responsible for business development, client relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and build relationships with new hiring managers and decision makers within enterprise accounts
Develop and execute strategies to open doors to new departments and functions, expanding account penetration
Schedule and lead meetings with prospective stakeholders to showcase our staffing solutions and establish credibility
Actively seek out and cultivate untapped opportunities to drive revenue growth
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing hiring managers and stakeholders within assigned accounts
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and alignment with staffing needs
Provide tailored workforce solutions and continuously demonstrate the value of our partnership
Conduct in-depth research to understand the structure and key players within client organizations
Develop detailed organizational charts to identify decision-makers and uncover potential opportunities
Leverage insights to develop targeted strategies for relationship-building and service delivery
Partner with internal recruitment teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates aligned with client needs
Share market insights, hiring trends, and talent acquisition strategies with clients and internal teams
Communicate progress and account developments regularly to leadership and clients
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within the IT staffing industry
Strong business development skills, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate new relationships and drive growth
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of organizational structures and decision-making processes
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
