Responsibilities
Learn the business of banking both in hands-on and course-based training
Join a small team of talented IT generalists, focused upon customer service and positive outcomes for their user community
Become proficient in delivering first-call support to the Bank’s user community
Become expert in the operation of banking-specific applications and systems
Have the opportunity to significantly expand technical and application knowledge via many paths, including class-based training
Learn how to work with vendors and other service providers effectively
Qualification
Required
Good working knowledge and experience working with Windows 10 desktop systems and printers in a networked environment
Solid grounding in basic networking technologies- routing & switching. Cisco experience a plus!
Understanding of virtual environments such as VMWare
The willingness, desire and ability to learn new concepts, technologies and skills
Proficiency with common business applications, such as MS Office Suite, Exchange, Adobe Acrobat
Excellent communication skills- verbal, written and diagrammatical
Great customer service skills- the ability to work with non-technical clients and resolve issues and fulfill requests
The desire to learn and support technology from a business perspective
Education: Associate's (AA) degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or other related discipline
Experience: +/- 2 years related information technology experience
Other: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English is required
