Responsibilities
Provide application support for EPIC Cupid (Cardiology module)
Perform system build, configuration, testing, and optimization
Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and cath lab teams to translate clinical needs into EPIC solutions
Support workflow analysis and system design improvements
Participate in upgrades, new feature implementation, and enhancements
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with EPIC and technical teams
Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials
Support interface integrations between Cupid and other EPIC modules or third-party cardiology systems
Participate in on-call support as required
Qualification
Required
EPIC Cupid Certification (Active & in good standing)
5+ years of experience as an EPIC Application Analyst
Strong knowledge of cardiology clinical workflows
Experience with EPIC system build, testing, and go-live support
Familiarity with EPIC tools such as: Chronicles, Hyperspace
Experience working in hospital or healthcare environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
