Responsibilities
Reviews new business applications for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance, resolving any problems with application before entering application and/or contract information in system
Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
Has established skills to perform a range of financial, 1035, and/or regulatory tasks
Handles Inbound and Outbound Calls as needed to external business partners
Supports basic team workflow management and facilitate morning huddles
The ability to process efficiently in multiple operating systems
Supports basic training and coaching
Supports basic questions in team chat
Qualification
Required
2+ year college degree or relevant experience
Familiarity with operational new business models
Ability to work fairly autonomously within established procedures reaching out to supervisor and or team lead with recommendations that are solution oriented to processing issues (or case questions) that arise
Ability to utilize company resources effectively
Reviews new business applications for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance, resolving any problems with application before entering application and/or contract information in system
Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
Has established skills to perform a range of financial, 1035, and/or regulatory tasks
Handles Inbound and Outbound Calls as needed to external business partners

Ability to understand more difficult concepts as it relates to New Business

Experience in Life or Annuity operations
