Responsibilities
Overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements and reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Developing and implementing internal controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records
Managing relationships with external auditors and other financial stakeholders to ensure that the company's financial operations are conducted in a transparent and responsible manner
Support leaders in understanding and leveraging financial data while providing insightful recommendations
Supports organizational financial objectives by providing financial analyses and recommendations
Oversee financial system integrations and maintenance including but not limited to UKG, Concur, and Big Commerce
Drive and manage projects aimed at enhancing business processes and increasing efficiency
Qualification
Required
10 years of progressive accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Active CPA
Familiarity with accounting platforms such as FinancialForce, Concur expense reporting platform and Avalara tax reporting platform
