Responsibilities
Own and evolve Oliveda’s visual language, ensuring consistency, quality, and luxury execution across all creative assets and channels
Create and oversee design for digital campaigns, e-commerce, social media, paid ads, email marketing, presentations, and print materials — balancing creativity with performance needs
Partner closely with marketing, e-commerce, social, and product teams to develop visually compelling assets for product launches, brand campaigns, and key activations
Design and optimize creative for website pages, landing pages, product storytelling, and promotional assets that enhance user experience and conversion
Develop, refine, and enforce brand guidelines to ensure cohesive execution across global markets and external partners
Contribute to packaging concepts, labels, inserts, and other physical brand touchpoints, ensuring alignment with Oliveda’s premium and sustainable positioning
Continuously track design, luxury beauty, and wellness trends to keep Oliveda visually innovative while staying true to the brand’s core DNA
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within beauty, wellness, fashion, or luxury consumer brands
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-driven, high-end visual design across digital and print
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience strongly preferred
Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
Experience designing for e-commerce and performance marketing is a strong plus
Ability to balance creativity with strategy, deadlines, and business objectives
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Passion for sustainability, beauty, wellness, and mission-driven brands
Preferred
Figma experience strongly preferred
Experience designing for e-commerce and performance marketing is a strong plus
