Partner with the Program Manager to provide technical status, risks, and dependency updates
Translate technical details into clear updates for business and leadership stakeholders
Participate in technical governance forums, sprint reviews, and deployment readiness meetings
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and integration artifacts in Jira and Confluence

Required

8–10+ years of experience in Technical Delivery, Technical Project Management, or Engineering Leadership roles
Strong hands-on experience with POS systems and large-scale POS deployments
Deep understanding of API-based integrations, middleware platforms, and system interoperability
Proven experience working with multiple vendors in retail or restaurant technology ecosystems
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts (APIs, data flows, environments, deployments)
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
