Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure all data deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous validation and QA processes
Manage and prioritize complex ad-hoc data requests with precision and timeliness
Partner with internal teams (sales, account management, product) to clarify requirements and deliver solutions aligned with client expectations
Communicate technical findings in clear, non-technical language for business stakeholders
Identify patterns in incoming requests to recommend automation and self-service solutions
Lead initiatives to scope and implement process improvements that enhance scalability and efficiency
Maintain a deep understanding of the data ecosystem for supported products and guide team development
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues quickly and effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
8+ years in data-related roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership or cross-functional capacity
Proven experience in data operations, delivery processes, and stakeholder engagement
Strong SQL and data manipulation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Leadership mindset with a focus on team development, continuous improvement, and innovation
Strategic Leadership: Guides team priorities and aligns data operations with business objectives
Collaboration: Builds strong relationships across teams; communicates openly and constructively
Ownership: Takes responsibility for deliverables, deadlines, and quality standards
