Responsibilities
Operate as part of an enterprise-level program and project management team, leading and supporting initiatives that span multiple business units and functions
Help improve, streamline, and systematize processes across the business, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness
Play a key role in building out new businesses and strategies, supporting the firm’s growth and innovation objectives
Gain access to virtually every department in the firm, providing a unique opportunity to learn how a hedge fund operates from top to bottom
Contribute to the development and implementation of project management standards and best practices, helping to set the bar for PMO excellence across the organization
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, with proven exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives ideally in a financial-related field (e.g., banking, asset management, insurance, or financial technology)
Strong executive presence, with the ability to lead meetings and present confidently to senior executives; excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience driving results independently with a focus on delivery
Demonstrated familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, (e.g., Confluence, Asana, Jira), data analytics, or business intelligence platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
PMP or other project management certification is a plus
