Responsibilities
Partner with business users, stakeholders, and clients to elicit detailed requirements and gain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end GRC processes
Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships, aligning expectations and ensuring clear, consistent communication across cross-functional teams
Configure, customize, and optimize SmartSuite solutions, including workflows, automations, dashboards, and system integrations
Facilitate requirements workshops; Create user stories; manage and prioritize product backlogs; Actively participate in Agile ceremonies
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, Audit, and IT teams to design and deliver scalable, reliable GRC system capabilities
Act as the primary client-facing liaison, providing status updates, clarifications, and strategic solution guidance
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, and the rollout of SmartSuite-driven enhancements
Identify and drive opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of GRC workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer, Information Systems, Business, Risk Management, or related field
6 years of experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role
Hands-on, practical experience with SmartSuite, including configuration and solution implementation
Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and processes, including risk assessment, controls, compliance workflows, and audit functions
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Exceptional requirement gathering, analytical, and documentation skills
Demonstrated stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence and drive alignment
Strong client-facing communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse business and technical audiences
