Responsibilities
Candidates will work directly with management providing support to both Installers and service technicians as needed
Ensuring each install not only meets code requirements but also making sure each customer receives a quality professional install with a high level of customer service
Candidates will be responsible for staging upcoming jobs and going over the job details with crews the morning of the scheduled install
Provide filed support for install crews and service technicians as needed
Responsible for quality installations and ensure job meets code requirements
Maintain a professional appearance with a positive attitude
Stay up to date with code and industry changes
Assist management with training in the office and in the field
Provide a high level of customer service to customers
